What it is

Most sleep apps track your sleep and hand you generic advice. Sleep Scientist treats better sleep as an experiment: pick one thing to change, hold it on a schedule, and find out whether it actually improves your sleep โ€” measured automatically from the data your devices already collect. No nightly logging, no accounts for personal use.

Choose an intervention โ€” no caffeine after noon, phone out of the bedroom, an earlier wind-down. Your own past sleep is the control. Everything stays on your device; nothing is uploaded.

Join a study

Take part in randomized trials run by researchers, anonymously, to build real shared knowledge about what works โ€” not just for one person. Many studies are blinded to keep the results unbiased.
